Free trial

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.

Cancelling

Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you do not buy a new activation code, your plan simply ends on its expiry date and you are not charged again.

Refunds

• If you are not satisfied with a plan you bought, contact us within 7 days of activating it. We will review your request and, where we cannot fix the problem that stops you from using the service, we will refund the amount you paid.
• After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, but we will always try to help you fix any problem.
• Approved refunds are sent back by UPI or bank transfer within 7 working days.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your restaurant name and the reason. We usually reply within one working day.
